I am so excited to share some of my favorite go to meals with you! I have, and am still strugging with bloating and digestion! I have noticed that eating gluten free and dairy free has been the biggest game changer for me! I am aware that all bodies are different and will react differently when it comes to foods, and that is totally okay!
