New regulations and mandates put in place until 12/13
-We operate currently at 10% capacity for classes so this is not an issue
-With barbell we are still under that percentage
-Keep signing in to class
Social Distancing of 6 ft
-We already do this with our 10x10 squares
-Classes will be utilizing everything we can to avoid the rig and other gathering places
-Coaches will either put materials needed like bars and kbs in the squares or send people one at a time over to get materials
-Classes will run closer to a 50 minute schedule to keep overlap to a minimum
-The front door will be used for entrance only and the small side door will be used for exit.
-DO NOT ARRIVE 5 MIN BEFORE OR STAY 5 MIN LATER THAN CLASS
No Group Classes
-Starting Saturday we operate each class time as an "open gym session"
-This will be reflected in the class sign ins where each athlete will reserve a square for Open Gym
-A coach will be on duty to explain that hours “open gym session”, go over any warm ups you have questions with, answer questions, coach individual athletes and provide assistance where needed. Nothing much changes for you in this scenario
Masks Must Be Worn
-You must enter the building with your mask on
-Each athlete arrive and go immediately to their square
-Must exercise with a face covering per Governor Beshears orders.
-Four Outdoor parking spaces will be designated to anyone who wants to workout outdoors. NOTE: Barbells will not be allowed to be brought outside.

2 workouts a day
-1 CrossFit Workout or Home Workout
-1 Outdoors workout (21 minutes in length)
-Materials and workouts provided
-Follow a nutrition protocol of your choice
-“Don’t eat like a dummy"
-1 “Golden Ticket” for Thanksgiving Day
-Daily guided journal
-$21 to partake, all money is given back upon successful completion
