Colin has been a fellow at Harvard University and the Bank of England and has had visiting positions at Université de Bruxelles, Columbia, MIT and Stanford universities. He has consulted for numerous large corporations and for governments, regulators and international agencies around the world and was the chairman of Oxera Ltd. one of the largest independent economics consultancies in Europe.
