The strange site 'Valley of the moon': The Most unearthly Place in Argentina

‘Valley of the moon’ offers beautiful Geological forms and colors, similar to the surface of the moon. The strange site is situated within Argentina's Monte eco-region along the Eastern Andean foothills.
'Valle de la Luna' or the valley of the moon is located around 10 km away from San Pedro de Atacama and about 300 kilometers away from the capital city of San Juan.
Within the backdrop of an attractive mountain landscape, the scenic site is a remote valley in Argentina. The strange clay formation, with a great variety of colors, shapes, layers of mineral and sediments, shows the evolution of earth in the Triassic Period.
This Valley consists of the sedimentary Triassic Basin, with continental sediments, which is deposited entire Triassic Period. The age of this basin is roughly 250 to 200 million years. which also represents the origin of both dinosaurs and mammals……………
