I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis, and the doctor recommended swimming. Anything that life throws at you MAKE IT AWESOME. One way of making my exercise routine something AMAZING is by making it fun. On a Saturday morning, I hike, on the days that I ride a bike, I often ride to a new location, and when it comes to swimming, I do so at a different beach. I am sharing my adventures with you as I would like to remind anyone living with arthritis or any other disability to "Make Memories, Take Pictures, Take videos, and most importantly, LIVE.
