Marc-1 Car Wash: Pelham Site
SF Car Wash Channel

I had the chance to visit and film this site about 2 weeks after a recent remodel. It is the second oldest Marc-1 site, and was initially built as a full serve.
The car wash is on a reasonably large property and has 2 rows of free vacuum spaces, 2 ICS pay stations, self-serve bug prep, and a roughly 110' wash tunnel. The tunnel has mostly Sonny's equipment with the exception of some Mr. Foamer foamers and arches (installed the day after I filmed this, and visible in the background of the video). A dual counterweight top brush with SFB28 side washers and a Poodle brush along with an OMNI high pressure arch were added as part of the renovation. The original Spyder module and TOP100 Buff N Dry top brush remain from the previous layout. Sonny's blowers, including Mammoth nozzles, ensure most water is removed from the car. Chemicals used at this site are a mix of Diamond Shine, Zep, and Simoniz.
I think Marc-1 did a great job with the recent changes at this site. Definitely a site worth seeing if you are in the Birmingham area.
