Krav Maga Girl, Lior Bitran, an experienced martial arts instructor is demonstrating how to make your body parts stronger.
When you practice Krav Maga, you need to make sure that your body is strong enough to handle the hits, punches and kicks that you intend to give.
In this video Lior explains about the importance of making your punch and open hand hits stronger. If your hands aren't strong enough you might break them, and then hurt yourself instead of hurting the attacker.
For this practice there's no need in special equipment, except for a simple pillow or a Yoga mat. All you need to do is repeat these simple exercises, and remember to Practice Practice Practice!
