1. Use the middle finger and ring finger massage of a number 8 to relax muscles. Repeat 10 times. 2. Use the thumb and index finger touched upper and lower eyebrow twist gently and then release. Repeat 10 times. 3. Use the thumb and index finger gently twist from under the eye to eye side. Repeat 5 times. 4. Use middle finger massage around eyes. From the inside to the outside massage a small circle. Repeated 10 times. 5. Use the palm of the hand, push it gently upwards from the surface of eyes up to the temples. Repeat 3 times. 6. Use all fingers to tap gently on the skin under eyes. Repeat 10 times.
