So today I will going to cook chicken gizzard soursoup. Basically my ingredients are simple and cheap on our place.
Chicken gizzard 1/4 kg
Pechay 1 bunch
Pink Raddish 4 pcs
Black Pepper 2tsp
Sinigang mix 1 sachet
Fish sauce 3tbsp depends on how salty you
Onion half medium size
Tomato red ripe 1pc
Green chili long 2pcs
Oil 2 tsp
1.Heat the pan.
2.Once heated add oil its time the Chopped onion, wait until its brown then add the chicken gizzard (boiled prior to cooking to make it tender )
3.Add the Chopped tomato and black pepper not cracked and wait for the tomato until it wilted or sweat by the heat.
4. Add water into the pot. And wait until it boils
5.Add the pink Raddish and green chilli first before the Pechay bec. It takes time for the Raddish and green chilli to be cooked compared to the Pechay.
6. When boiling and once the Raddish are cooked add our Pechay.
7. Add our sinigang mix for the sour taste of the soup as well add our fish sauce or patis to taste. Add more if you want.. It is your preference.
