1. The good or bad opinions of others meant nothing. The perceptions are based on the emotional state they were in at that time.
2. Being alone didn’t have to mean loneliness. I was always looking to run from myself.
3. Becoming overly concerned about your health can backfire. I thought I was doing good for myself, when in fact I wasn’t.
4. My digestive problems could and was the effect of my emotional and mental health. The last place we tend to look is within, when it should be the first when digestive issues are there.
5. I could put aside the guilt when good feelings arose for good.
